# How to forward calls on AT&T to Vocenya

Help Center · Phone and forwarding · Updated 2026-10-04

**In short:** From your AT&T phone, dial **21*1, then your 10-digit Vocenya number, then #, and press call. Wait for the confirmation, then hang up. Dial ##21# to stop forwarding.

Forwarding sends the calls to your AT&T business number on to your Vocenya number. Your AI receptionist answers them. Callers keep dialing the number they already know.

On AT&T you turn forwarding on by dialing a short code from the phone that has your business number.

## Before you start

- Find your Vocenya number. It is on your **Overview** page in Vocenya.
- Add a card in **Billing** if you haven't yet. The forwarding steps in Vocenya appear once a card is on file. [Why](/help/getting-started/go-live-add-a-card).
- Have another phone nearby for the test at the end.

Replace [your 10-digit Vocenya number] with the number shown in Vocenya, digits only.
