2. **Get a suggestion and a quote.** We suggest AI, a person, or both, and quote it for your job.
3. **Meet two or three people.** We match people to the work. You talk to them and pick.
4. **Start.** They start when you are ready. If someone is not right, we replace them for free.

## Choices

- **Supervision.** You manage them; a GH team lead and you; or GH manages everything.
- **Billing.** Monthly per seat or hourly, whichever fits. Prices are quoted for each job; none are published.
- **Replacement.** If someone is not the right fit, GH replaces them for free, any time.

- **Accounting firm:** The follow-up agent sends clients reminders when documents or payments are due. A Philippine CPA does the monthly bookkeeping and reconciliations.
- **Dental or medical practice:** The AI receptionist answers and books, in HIPAA mode under a signed BAA. A nurse, US-licensed if you need one, handles callbacks that need clinical judgment.
- **Home services:** The AI receptionist answers around the clock and books the work. A customer support person confirms schedules, handles changes and follows up on quotes.

### How much does it cost?

It depends on the job: the hours, whether the person is shared or dedicated, remote or in our office, and who supervises them. We quote it for your job before anything starts. You can pay monthly per seat or by the hour, whichever fits. Sending a request is free.

### Who are the people?

Skilled people, mostly in the Philippines: customer support, sales, bookkeepers and CPAs, admin assistants, nurses (including US-licensed nurses) and other common back-office roles. GH Business Solutions reviews and interviews everyone before they are placed with a business.

### What is the difference between shared and dedicated?

A shared person works part of their week for you and part for other businesses. It suits smaller or steady workloads. A dedicated person works only for you. If you are not sure, choose “Help me choose” and we will suggest one.

### Can the person work from an office?

Yes. People work remotely from home, or from the GH office in Sibulan, Dumaguete, in the Philippines. Working from the office costs more.

### Who manages them?

You choose. You can manage them yourself, have a GH team lead check in with them while you set the priorities, or have GH manage everything and report to you. More supervision costs more.

### What if the person is not a good fit?

### What can the AI agents do?
