Join Vocenya’s referral partner program: refer small businesses to our AI receptionist, give them a discount and earn recurring commission paid through Stripe.

## Standard terms

- Commission: 20% of what each client pays for their first 12 months, counted from their first paid invoice, on what the client actually paid before tax.
- Client discount: 10% off their first 3 months, applied automatically at checkout.
- Payouts: monthly through Stripe once approved commission reaches $50.00; commission is held 30 days after the invoice is paid.
- Referral links are remembered for 90 days.

## How it works

1. **Apply:** tell us about you and how you plan to sell. We review every application.
2. **Get your link:** once approved, your portal has your referral link, your code and copy to share.
3. **Refer and register deals:** share your link, or register a deal and send the business its own signup link.
4. **Get paid monthly:** commission builds on every paid invoice and is paid to your bank through Stripe.

## Frequently asked questions

### How much can I earn?

The standard terms are 20% of what each client pays for their first 12 months. GH Business Solutions may agree different terms with individual partners; your terms are always shown in your portal, and the terms a client was referred under do not change later.

### When do I get paid?

Each commission is held for 30 days after the invoice is paid, in case of refunds. After that it is approved, and approved commission is paid once a month through Stripe when your balance is at least $50.00.

### What happens if a client gets a refund?

The commission on the refunded amount is deducted from your next payout. If that leaves a negative balance, it carries forward.

### How long does my referral link count?

After someone clicks your link, we remember it for 90 days on that browser. They can also enter your referral code when they sign up.

### Do I need to support my clients?

No. GH Business Solutions handles onboarding, billing and support. You will not see your clients’ calls, messages or customer information.

### How are taxes handled?

You are an independent contractor. Stripe collects your tax details during payout setup and, where required, a 1099 is issued for your commission.
