Businesses never pay talent directly. Work is remote, or in the GH Business Solutions office in Sibulan, Dumaguete City, the Philippines, in shared or dedicated roles. ## How it works 1. **Apply.** Answer one question at a time, on your phone or computer. Your answers save as you go, so you can stop and come back. 2. **GH reviews.** A GH Business Solutions reviewer reads your answers and listens to your voice intro. 3. **Interview.** If your skills fit, we email you to set up a call about the work, your hours and pay. 4. **Get matched.** When a US business needs your skills, we contact you first. Tell us what it is. ## Questions ### How much is the pay, and who pays me? GH Business Solutions employs or contracts you and pays you. The businesses you work with never pay you directly. Pay depends on the role, your experience and your hours. You tell us the monthly pay you expect for each role when you apply, and we talk about it at the interview. ### What hours will I work? Many US businesses need people during their working day, which is night time in the Philippines: about 9 PM to 6 AM for the US East Coast, later for the West Coast. Some roles follow Philippine day hours. You choose the shifts you can work when you apply. ### What is the difference between shared and dedicated roles? In a dedicated role you work for one business. In a shared role you support several businesses as part of a GH team. Either way, GH is your employer or contracting party. ### What equipment do I need to work from home? A laptop or desktop computer, a headset with a microphone and a quiet place to work. If you prefer an office, you can work at the GH Business Solutions office in Sibulan, Dumaguete City. ### What internet do I need? A stable connection that handles video calls, and a backup such as pocket WiFi or mobile data. Backup power, like a UPS, helps if outages happen where you live. The application includes a quick speed test you can run in your browser. ### What happens after I apply? We email you that we have your application. A GH reviewer reads every one. If your skills fit, we invite you to an interview. Approved applicants can earn the GH Verified mark, and we contact you when a business needs your skills. Every update comes by email. ### Can businesses browse my profile? No. There is no public profile, no bidding and no job board. GH matches you with a business, and only with your OK. ### Who sees my information, and how long do you keep it? GH Business Solutions reviewers see your application. A business we match you with sees your first name and last initial, photo, roles, skills, experience, city and voice intro, and only after you agree. Your surname, email, phone number and social links are never shared with businesses. We protect your data under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). If your application has no activity for 24 months and you are not working with us, we delete it. You can delete it yourself at any time. ### Can I apply from outside the Philippines? We are starting with the Philippines. You can still apply from another country, and a reviewer will look at your application separately. You must be 18 or older.
