This notice explains the cookies used on vocenya.com and in the Vocenya web portal, operated by DRAKB LLC, doing business as Vocenya and GH Business Solutions. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
In short: we only use cookies the site needs to work, plus one that credits partners who refer you. We do not use analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, so we don't show a cookie banner.

Cookies set by other services
- Cloudflare delivers and protects our website. Its bot check (Turnstile), which appears on some forms, may set cookies needed to tell people from bots. See Cloudflare's cookie policy.
- Trustpilot: the "Review us" widget in our site footer loads from Trustpilot and may set its own cookies. See Trustpilot's cookie policy.
Other storage in your browser
The portal also keeps a few preferences in your browser's local storage, such as which sidebar groups you collapsed and whether you dismissed a prompt. The website chat on businesses' sites remembers your conversation in local storage so it survives a page reload. None of these are used for tracking or advertising.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the session or XSRF-TOKEN cookies, you won't be able to sign in or send forms. Blocking vocenya_ref only means a partner who referred you may not be credited.
Changes
If we ever add analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this notice first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
