Add your team

Everyone who works with you can have their own Vocenya sign-in. They see the same calls, callers and chats, so your team works from one shared inbox. There is no charge per person.

Invite someone

1. Open Team in Vocenya, on the website or in the app under Settings.
2. Enter their email and choose Owner or Staff.
3. Tap Send invitation.

We email them a link that says who invited them and to which business. The link works once, for 7 days.

• New to Vocenya? They choose their name and a password from the link. Their email is already confirmed by the link, and they go straight into your business. They don't sign up or pay for anything.
• Already have a Vocenya account? They log in and join. If they run their own business on Vocenya too, they keep it and switch between the two from the menu.

Invitations not accepted yet are listed under Waiting to join. Resend emails a new link, and the old one stops working. Revoke stops the link straight away.

Owners get every alert by default. Staff get Chat waiting for the team by default and can turn on more. Choose your alerts.

Change a role or remove someone

On Team, choose a different role next to their name, or tap Remove. Someone you remove is signed out of your business straight away, on the website and in the app, and comes off Team calls. You can invite them again later.

A business always has at least one owner. To hand the business over, make the other person an owner first, then change your own role or leave.

Team members and Team calls

Being on the team lets someone sign in. Taking calls your receptionist passes on is separate: add them on Team calls and choose how they are rung. Hand calls to a person.
