Add-ons extend your plan: GH Live agents, HIPAA mode, GH Phone, website chat and your own voice. Buy several and the bundle discount takes a percentage off the add-ons. Change them in Billing.

The add-ons
- GH Live agents. Trained people take the calls your receptionist hands off. Each business gets its own per-call rate. Request pricing in Billing. How GH Live works.
- HIPAA mode, $150 a month. For healthcare practices that need a BAA. What HIPAA mode changes.
- GH Phone, $25/user/month. Business numbers, call routing and a softphone for your own team.
- Website live chat, $49/month, included on Growth and Pro. Website chat.
- Your own voice, $29/month on Value, included on Starter, Growth and Pro. Your receptionist answers in an AI copy of your voice. Not available in HIPAA mode.
If your account offers texting, it is an add-on too. Texting.
The bundle discount
2 or more paid add-ons save 10%; 3 or more paid add-ons save 15% on the add-ons.
What counts: website live chat, WhatsApp, texting, HIPAA mode and GH Phone. GH Phone counts once, however many users you have.
Your plan, AI minutes, GH Live calls and extra texts are never discounted. Add-ons included free in your plan don't count.
Change your add-ons
- Open Billing in Vocenya.
- Choose the add-ons you want. Vocenya shows the new price before you confirm.
- Confirm. Changes are prorated on your next invoice.
HIPAA mode follows your account's HIPAA setting. Contact us to change it.
