Update your card, see invoices or cancel

Updated

In short

In Billing, tap Manage card, invoices and cancellation. Stripe’s secure page lets you change your card, download invoices and cancel. Cancelling ends your plan at the end of the period you paid for.

Open your billing page

  1. In Vocenya, open Billing. Only the account owner sees it.
  2. Tap Manage card, invoices and cancellation.
  3. Stripe's secure page opens. There you can:
    • Change your card.
    • See and download invoices.
    • Update your billing email, address and name.
    • Cancel your plan.

Changing plans, add-ons or GH Phone users happens in Vocenya, not on that page.

Cancelling

When you cancel, your plan stays on until the end of the period you already paid for. There is no partial refund. Your Billing page shows the date your plan ends.

Before it ends, turn off forwarding. Otherwise callers to your business number reach a number nobody answers.

When your plan ends

  • Your receptionist stops answering.
  • Your Vocenya number is held for 30 days. We email you reminders before it is released.
  • Start a plan again before then to keep your number. After that it is released and can't be recovered.

Moved your number to Vocenya from another carrier? You can move it out before the hold ends. Email [email protected] for your port-out PIN and details.

Deleting your account

Open Settings, then Profile, and choose to delete your account. If you are the only owner of your business:

  • Your plan is cancelled now, with no refund.
  • Your phone numbers are released.
  • Calls, recordings, leads and chats are permanently deleted.
  • Your team loses access and is emailed.

You type your business name to confirm.

Questions

Do I get a refund if I cancel mid-month?

No. Your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and is not charged again.

Can I get my number back after cancelling?

Yes, if you start a plan again within the hold period. After that the number is released and can’t be recovered.
