Stop forwarding
Updated
In short
Dial your carrier’s undo code from your business phone, or remove the forward in RingCentral or Google Voice. Calls then ring your business phone again. Turn forwarding off before you cancel Vocenya.

Check it
Call your business number from another phone. Your own phone should ring, not your receptionist.
Cancelling Vocenya?
Turn forwarding off first. When your plan ends, your receptionist stops answering. If forwarding is still on, your callers would reach a number nobody answers. See update your card, see invoices or cancel.
Pausing for a day off?
You don't need to stop forwarding to take a call yourself. In the Vocenya app, you can pause the AI and choose a number that rings while it is paused.
