How to forward your business calls to Vocenya
Updated
In short
Keep your number and forward its calls to your Vocenya number. Most carriers use a short dial code; RingCentral and Google Voice use a setting. Codes for each carrier are below, ready to copy.

You don't need to change your business number to use Vocenya. You forward it. Calls to your number go on to your Vocenya number, and your AI receptionist answers. Callers never notice a difference.
How forwarding works
- Your Vocenya number is on your Overview page in Vocenya.
- You tell your phone company to send calls to it. On most lines that is one code you dial from your business phone.
- You call your business number from another phone to check that Vocenya answers.
The same steps are in Vocenya. On your Overview page, the Keep your existing number card shows them for the phone company you pick. That card appears once a card is on file in Billing. Why a card is needed.
