Connect
You connect with an API key:
- In Vocenya, open Developers.
- Create an API key.
- Paste it when the platform asks you to connect Vocenya.
What you can automate
When something happens in Vocenya (triggers):
- New lead
- Call completed
- Missed call
- New booking
- Chat handed off to a person
- Outbound call completed
Things Vocenya can do (actions):
- Create a lead, optionally with an AI callback
- Place an outbound AI call
- Add a number to your Do Not Call list
- Block a caller
- Find a lead
HIPAA mode
Automations never receive transcripts, summaries, the reason for a call or chat messages from accounts in HIPAA mode.
