Sign in to the Vocenya app with the same email and password you use on the website, or with Apple or Google where the app offers them. The app shows your calls, leads, bookings and chats.

The Vocenya app puts your calls, leads and chats on your phone, and alerts you when something needs you.
Get the app
Download the Vocenya app on your phone. If you can't find it in your app store, email us at [email protected] and we will send you a link.
Sign in
Use the same account as the Vocenya website:
- Your email and password.
- Sign in with Apple on iPhone, or Sign in with Google, when the app shows those buttons.
If you have two-factor authentication on, the app asks for your code.
Forgot your password? Tap Forgot password? and reset it on the website.
New to Vocenya? Tap Create an account. You can set up your receptionist in the app.
What's in the app
- Calls: every call, with its summary.
- Leads: the callers your receptionist took details from.
- Bookings: appointments it booked.
- Chats: website chats, with a badge when one needs a reply.
- Settings: your numbers, hours and forwarding, notifications and more.
In Settings, you can also pause the AI and choose a number that rings while it is paused.
