Set up your AI receptionist

Setting up takes one sitting. You don't need new phones or an IT person. Here are the steps, in the order Vocenya shows them.

1. Create your login

Sign up with your email and a password. Confirm your email address when we send you the link. Setup continues once it is confirmed.

2. Tell us about your business

You enter:

• Your business name.
• Your website, if you have one. It is optional.
• Your industry.
• The main language your receptionist should answer in.
• Your time zone.

If Vocenya can look up your business on Google, you can pick your listing first. It fills in your name, website and time zone for you. You can also skip it.

If you choose healthcare, HIPAA mode is turned on for you. Read what HIPAA mode changes.

3. Review the receptionist we draft

If you gave a website, Vocenya reads up to 15 pages of it. It looks for your services, prices, hours and common questions. This takes a minute or two.

No website? You get a simple starting draft that you fill in yourself.

Then you check each part: the greeting, your services and prices, your hours, your service area, FAQs, policies and things it should never say. Changes save as you go. Prices are only said on calls when you mark them as OK to quote.

4. Hear it on a test call

Vocenya can call your mobile, and your receptionist answers as your business. Play a customer and ask it real questions. You can skip this step. How test calls work.

5. Start your free trial

Pick a plan and start your 14-day free trial. You don't need a card to start. Plans and the free trial.

6. Get your Vocenya number

Search by area code and pick a local number. Choosing your number.

What happens next

You land on your Overview page in Vocenya. Your receptionist answers calls to your Vocenya number. To have it answer your existing business number too, add a card and forward your calls.
